- Maintaining a ten-year track record of being fatality free;
- Delivering a Total Case Incident Rate safety metric of 1.25 – the Company’s best performance;
- Reducing hand injuries by 10%;
- Increasing renewable energy consumption by 10% across Boart Longyear’s six manufacturing facilities;
- Expanding the number of women in the Company’s global workforce; and
- Experiencing a 260% increase in employees participating in live training sessions.
